I'm growing four plants in a soil less medium. Two are pineapple chunk, one blue dream and one pineapple chunk. The grow was g

oing great. I'm almost at the end of the 5 week of for flower. The environment: humidty mostly 56%.... Day temp 78 but once in a while may go to 81 and night temps is about 68. Every other day the plants go outside for sunshine. I'm watering right before the soil dries out and E.c is about 1.8 - 2.0 . I don't believe I have a light leak except a light green led on dehumidifier and it's covered mostly by tape. I discovered balls on my girls 2 days ago... I've spent hrs removing these balls. How should I proceed? Would these balls grow back. How can I salvage this crop. Any help please.

Sorry include green crack in the collection
That sucks give it to a friend you don’t like no really maybe just go with the bubble hash don’t take them outside no more you contaminate your neighbors medicine
By balls, do you mean bananas (or nanners) shooting out from the buds? If yes, then you could take tweezers and pluck them off individually. Although, they will most likely quickly grow more and you could be plucking them off daily. How many more days do you think until harvest?
This what the male buds look like. Starting 6th week Friday. Breeder details a 60-65 day flower. I would say another 4 weeks including flush. How long would these bud take to develop before starting to release pollen. Been removing them daily.
@growhouse262 Ah ok. So a true hermie. Ouch. Unfortunately those sacs will open pretty quickly. It could be a few days to a week depending on growth. Sorry to hear that. I'm interested to hear about updates on what you end up doing.
That sux so bad! I had 2 clones a friend gave me and I took them into 3rd week of flower and they looked like magazine material, I mean bee-you-tee-ful! They also hermed for some unknown reason and I had to execute them. Those sacks will open quickly, mine happened in a day, and i saw pollen on a few leaves. Also make sure you clean every inch of your tent and equipment before your next run or you could face the same problem again. Lastly, just some advice, I personally would not put my plants outside. Although I have thought about it and it seems like a good idea , you take too big a risk of bringing in pest or disease, and therefore kind of defeat the purpose of the tent and your totally controlled environment. You know what im saying?
Ive been pulling balls all week.. I'm committed to this grow.. I should be in cruise control but I have to add another 3 hrs daily to make sure every sac is removed. I swear it's like shaving, give one day back the next
@growhouse262 Soooo those aren't actually pollen sacs like that previous picture you posted shows. That looks like seed formation instead. Can you post some pictures of the plant?
Those things were found at the base of the flowers from different colas throughout the different plants in the tent. In fact one of those which I found was about to turn into a banana thing and I got it in time. It's a daily struggle finding them and pulling them but I believe I've I pass the point of flower maturity and I'm close to harvesting I should be ok..... Your thoughts please
Beautiful Brother!! Very nice looking buds!!
@Pat Mac cheers to that. Much appreciated..
Ok so I'm 99% sure those were seeds forming and not pollen sacs. If that's the case, no need to pluck them off. If you encounter bananas, then those can be plucked off. You're close to harvest so it's not going to be that big of an impact. Some people are super anal about not having seeds in their buds because they sell it. IMO, a few seeds here and there in your buds isn't that big of a deal if it's just personal smoke. The buds on your plant look really good!
Thanks for the feedback and input into this issue. Also thanks again for providing this platform where growers can present issues and engage in problem solving
Make sure you turn off any fans in the room. Stop the pollen from moving around. I have had this problem a couple of times. It normally takes 2 weeks for the bananas to mature, but could be quicker with different varieties. Once you find pollen Rip them out in 2 to 3 days because the one you have not see is more mature. Good luck.
Thanks for that info. Can't take off the fan. If I do it will be in the 90's in the tent. For 2 weeks straight I pulled off those male bits as well as removing the led light that caused the issue. However this week I haven't seen any grow back. Maybe by removing the source of stress the problem improved. I checked each cola rigoursly and found one or two.. I'm roughly about 15-17 days to harvest. If I can make it to the 12th day without pollen I think I'll be home free...
Sorry. I meant only turn off the fan which is circulating air. not the exhaust fan.🤔🤪
Props on the excellent pictures. Those look bad-a$$.
@gregthe357 cheers to that ... The picture tells a 1000 words. The smoke from her is lovely
