I discovered root rot and I decided to transplant and cut the nasty roots. Kept all good white roots. But what's my chances of survival?

Proper air flow is definitely a good thing, and might help solve your issue. Root rot is often caused by too much heat, humidity or over watering. I have my air exchange and fans running 24/7.

@Cap Stone yes! It was very hot in the tent and smelled of humid mildew air. On top of my air exchange being wrong I believe me changing the temp of my homes ac system affected the temp in my tent. ( I live in arizona) so it's staying at a reasonable temp from here on out.

Good call. Do you know how you ended up with root rot in the first place? Think of it as a learning experience, we've all lost a plants due to one thing or another.

@Cap Stone Besides me being a newb I'd say root rot developed because of my air exchange. I've changed the timers to a better schedule, so that stagnant air gets removed more often. I'm hoping I dialed it in correctly this time around.

Yeah sucks but I had to live it to learn it I guess!

Yikes! Auto Flowers do not like being transplanted at the best of times. She might survive depending on how much root you cut off, but I would expect the yield to be less if she makes it.

I'm real curious to see how this turns out, keep us up to date if you can.

    Good luck
