Need help ASAP,,, 29 days from seed, and my plants look small, for how long it has been, is this a normal size at day 29 from seed

Looks like you topped them and for topped plants they look about right to me. What are you using for lighting?

I’m a newbie myself man and your plants are way bigger then mine say that stage. Mine didn’t look that big till maybe 3 or 4 months. timeline till October 17 till February 17 your good! just keep up the good work and you’ll master your garden
