    Noobie needing tips!

    in Grow Community

Whats up everyone looking for some advice on if I'm doing the right thing and where to go from here.

Bagseed Strain. Been in veg since early June. Indoor, soil, Mother Earth soil. 5 Gal buckets in a 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 by 5ft Tent. Using led lights pulling 200W not sure on PAR. Using Ionic nutes.

History: Got the girls as a gift from someone who just didn't want em. They were planted in a small box, in the shade and were stretching bad only 3 weeks in. Started all outdoors until I moved em in. They were super tall just over 2 1/2 ft high. I started LST in mid June and the Last pic is from this morning. Total veg time: Almost 8 weeks.

My questions are, should I keep LSTing them until I fill the space of the buckets before flipping to flower? If so how tall should I let the bud sights reach before the flip? Also will all the bending and manipulating create any stress issues moving into flower? I appreciate any help!

I would use a scrog net and fill up the whole tent. Anything below the net = cut

I picked one up the other day. How big do you think I should let them get before the flip?

Nice job training. Those lower branches should now pop up so you'll get many colas on each plant. That grow space will most likely fill up quickly; I suggest continuing to bend down as needed to keep an even canopy. The general rule is to expect the plant to double in height when you change to a flowering light cycle.
