I RECENTLY FED MY PLANTS LAST SUNDAY. ONE OF THE POTS IS PRETTY LIGHT AND THE OTHER TWO ARE STILL A LITTLE HEAVY. WHY IS IT TAKING IT A WHILE FOR THE WATER TO DRY UP?

Do you think I might need another light for them?

Could a number of factors but not a negative. Some plants just grow at different speeds and use more then others, every seed can grow different. Maybe the one drying faster is closer to a fan or getting better air flow. Do the other two pots drain as well as the dry one. Most important if the plants are healthy and not showing any issues I wouldn't worry about it. I use a FFOF/FFHP mix and the top of my medium with the air flow I have dries fast and gets kind of solid, I break up the top layer every couple days and also have drilled holes in the sides of my buckets. Not saying do that, just something I did so medium doesn't take 5-7 days to dry. If you want to check the run off ppm and pH to make sure your medium is range nothing wrong with that. And if it checks out ok, and there's no negative symptoms in the plant I'd let it be.
