Week three!

I have ordered a 10x5 tent I was wondering how many grow lights or what kind of grow lights would be ideal for this grow.? Also how many plants would I be able to fit with a dwc set up.?

This is my first time growing white widow strain been in vegetation for 10 days i feel like she just doesn’t look healthy what could be the issue she isn’t getting nutrients yet until day 30 is in ocean forest soil and ive Been watering her with oh balanced water mixed with half a tsp of root magic mycorrhizae seemed like plant was doing healthy before I ph balanced my water like 4 days ago was using a higher ph balanced tap water at first not sure what the ph level was but it was higher I guess I also just don’t really know what I’m exactly looking for since it is my first time here’s a picture though
